I received an Accenture recruitment email on 23 Dec 2025 stating that I had progressed to the next stage and would receive further updates regarding assessments and scheduling. However, I have not received any assessment invitation or follow-up communication since then.

Has anyone experienced a similar delay after receiving the progression email? Was your profile still active, and did you eventually receive the assessment invite? Any insights would be appreciated.

I selected new tax regime in the company 'xyz' portal for April 2021-March 2022. I left this company in jan 2022 and tax of 16k got deducted from F&F settlement.

I have investment in EPF and submitted the rent receipts to the company for tax exception for HRA. But in F&F, based on new regime tax deducted.

During filing ITR for assessment year 2022-2023, can I file by selecting old regime and get this 16k return?

So I used to work for a company where my job was good, was a director of business solutions for a fashion brand. Only issue was that the CFO micromanaged and ended up leaving. My background is digital transformation however I took an infrastructure position to rebuild a provincial healthcare system.
