I received an offer from Citicorp a few weeks back. My original joining date was scheduled for November 10, 2025, but recently the HR informed me that it has been moved to January 5, 2026.
I have already completed my resignation process in my current company and my last working day is November 6, 2025. I wanted to check if anyone else has faced a similar joining delay with Citi and if it’s normal during this period (maybe due to year-end hiring freeze or headcount hold).

Any update on performance ratings?
Any idea what to expect looking at current scenario!!

I am having 2.5 years experience in the IT sector on vision plus as a software engineer (before joining the bank). I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing.
