Hi everyone,

I recently cleared two technical rounds and the
MR round at GlobalLogic and I'm waiting for the HR round. HR has asked me to join within 15 days, but in my current organization I'm working on a critical project with key dependencies, and my LWD is at the end of February.
I'm interested in joining GlobalLogic but also want to ensure a proper handover without impacting current client deliveries.

Has anyone faced a similar situation?
How flexible is GlobalLogic with joining dates

Thinking of moving there from another midsize

I’ve been with firms for 6 years. I struggle (not that I’m not intellectually capable of doing this job), I just hate the detail oriented nature of this industry. Everything gets scrutinized so carefully and most things I stayed up late for doesn’t matter.

I just got PIP talk and they are pushing me out next year. I’m kinda relieved. I want to leave law completely and be someone on the operation side. Eventually I want to be an COO.

How do I get there from here?

I’m not from an English speaking country but I am watching a tv show and businessmen walk into a room and instead of greeting eachother, everyone says each person’s first name in lieu of hi, however in my experience working in the states, I haven’t seen anyone do this, it’s always hi or good afternoon or some other greeting first THEN they say their first name. is it also appropriate to omit the greeting?
