I recently interviewed at EY GDS and bagged the offer of fixed 17.5 LPA(I asked between 18.5-19 LPA fixed) and on top of it they are giving VPB of 10% on my Fixed Salary and gave me the designation of Senior Consultant 2 and rank 42 in consulting division.
I am currently working in Westernacher Consulting with 13.2 LPA CTC(12 Fixed).
Total Years of IT Experience - 4 Years 3 Months.
Total Years of EWM Functional Experience - 4 Years.
Is EY pay justified for this above experience?

If you are looking for automation testing role , one advise please stay away from FIS global. Everything is manual.
All your Automation experience will be waste.
