I recently received an offer from BGSW for a Lead Engineer role in the Data Engineering domain, with approximately a 30% hike on paper. However, after calculating the in-hand salary based on the offered CTC, it seems almost the same as my current in-hand salary.
Is it possible to discuss a CTC restructuring with HR to improve the take-home component?
Especially the PF contribution component. Can it be change in Bosch?

If you start as a Program Manager, how/when do you begin to advise people as a people lead? I’ve heard Program Managers are not people leads.
