I recently received an offer from TCS with a CTC of 18 LPA (current CTC: 11.3 LPA, ~5 years experience). The offered location is Bangalore.

However, I am currently based in Delhi NCR with my family, and relocating to Bangalore may not be ideal for me at this point.
Is it possible to request a location change (to Noida/Gurugram/Delhi NCR) either before joining or after onboarding?
How flexible is TCS regarding location preferences for lateral hires?

I got a job offer as a Tax Associate at PwC. I want to negotiate the salary but the HR said he cant just increase my salary since that would be unfair to other associates. The only thing he can do is to ask to compensation team and if the team approve, every in-coming associates would get a salary increase. Is that true?
