Despite having 2.6 years of experience in Java Springboot Development , I was still given a trainee role, which impacted my financial and career growth. I attended the first round of interviews for a Senior Java Developer role at Infosys on July 5th. It’s been days, and the candidate portal still shows “Decision Pending.” I’m starting to lose hope. Do I still have a chance?
