Hi everyone, I studied Supply Chain Management in Canada and have an M.Com from back home. I’m currently working odd jobs like warehouse and security but feel stuck career-wise. I’m unsure whether to pursue further studies, certifications, or entry-level roles in supply chain or related fields. If anyone has advice or has been in a similar situation, I’d really appreciate your guidance. Thanks in advance!

Don't mean to put you down, but getting a Supply-Chain management degree is roughly the modern equivalent of getting a psychology degree. I wish you the best of luck, but maybe getting another degree in one of the core fields will help you out better. You should pursue further studies, but maybe get it in Engineering, Data Analysis, Cybersecurity, or Accounting.

Hi All, I need some career guidance.

7+ YOE - 3 in tech support role (after BE) and 4+ in BA & PM role (after MBA). Worked on RPA and process improvement projects for 2 yrs. Currently working on internal tool implementation projects - PMO, UAT, change strategy, etc.

I want to switch to a product company in a PM/TPM role, and I am planning to learn something new which has a great future scope, pays well, and aligns with my profile. Any recommendation would really help me take a right call.

Hi Fishes,

Currently I am working as senior software engineer in a product base company. My tech stacks are React, Redux, Node, AWS and Graphql. I am thinking to switch the carrier in Block Chain or Data Science. Will it be a good decision to make the shift.

Total experience is 5 years.

If it's okay to shift. Could you please help me with the steps for preparation? I will really appreciate the help.

Thanks a lot.

I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. From that conversation, I saw instant red flags. Any thoughts?

Hey all. Moving to NYC this summer for work. Office will be in midtown East but do not need to be in everyday. My partner and I are in our 30s. We’re trying to decide between UES or Sunnyside. Would we be missing out on the NY experience by living in queens?

We don’t want to be right in all the action and some green space nearby would be nice. For the apt would just like laundry at least in the building lol
