At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost). One of my queries is regarding the Medical Insurance. As per the offer letter it mentions "Mediclaim Scheme with Floater Option of Self + 3 or Self + 5 with/without parents. " : INR. 150,000/- to INR. 3,000,000/- 
Does this mean that without paying extra, the med insurance is just 1.5L?
