I have the same issue, I think (my therapist thinks lol) I have anxiety about the repercussions of being wrong. So I stew and change my mind to assess all risk. It’s really annoying.
One thing that helped me was to get more comfortable with making mistakes / the wrong choice - like with stuff that doesn’t matter - I practice it.
I take a wrong turn when I’m going somewhere, get off at the wrong subway stop and navigate back - I order my second choice instead of my first when I’m getting my morning coffee, etc. I practice feeling like I made a mistake and supposedly it’s re-wiring my neural pathways to be more like “oh yah mistakes are fine. I can just make a choice and figure it out from there.”

Consider them lessons learned, not mistakes. Also when making decision map out the risk of making the decision and the mitigation plans, compare the decision options against each other and before making the decision come to acceptance with all of the potential risks...spoken like a true PM...I know 🤦🏼♀️ but tbh you are the key stakeholder in your life
