I have multiple offers and I’m trying to decide the best option for my next move (Salesforce profile, ~8 years experience):

- Capco
- Eversana
- M&G
- HCL / TCS / Deloitte

My priorities are:

- Strong career growth
- Good learning opportunities (especially Salesforce + domain exposure)
- Work-life balance
- Long-term brand value

Anyone has an alternative to an Au Pair. Wife and I were looking forward to host an au pair but can’t go through the official program since we are not permanent residents yet. Working on some law firm applications tonight and it sucks that I know that I am so capable and have a strong work ethic but firms can’t see beyond grades or the fact that I didn’t go to a t14 law school or prestigious undergrad. I’ve worked twice as hard and feel like I’ve barely even gotten half as much. Protiviti HR called me and said that you package will be 8 lakh including variable pay but in offer letter they didn't mention about Variable pay amount and mentioned only fixed pay.
