1) When will i get my joining dates informed. I have a date mentioned in my offer letter. And status on portal is showing Onboarding.

2) What are the components of flexible benefits.

3) I am from big data testing domain, has yoe 2.11 years. What challenges i may encounter coming from testing background in IB domain.

4)current 7.5, newCTC 18 is it fairly compensated?

What percentage do you contribute to your 401k vs. Roth 401k? And what's your salary?

I figure there should be some point where you earn too much and it's not worth contributing to your Roth 401k

Worried because of my salary at my current company I am pricing myself out of opportunities to move into a rep agency that could eventually give me the opportunity to buy into it. I’m currently almost topping out on my salary at current company with no opportunity to progress. Can make good money for a while here, but new challenge is interesting to me. Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. Please let me know how much I can ask for.

Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. I was told that I need to come to office twice a week ( which is 2 hrs away from my home) but now since 3 months I am asked to come thrice a week.
