What’s the difference between a Partner, Principal and a MD at Deloitte? I understand that MDs don’t buy into the firm compared to Principals and Partners. But other than that why would one choose/be assessed to be one over the other?

been in industry (small companies) for 5 years with an active CPA. Wanted to get in SEC reporting roles but almost every company requires 2-year public accounting exp. Now applying for public accounting firms entry level positions but almost all firms HR asked if I had ever worked in firms. Got rejection emails from firms all the time. Is this a dead lock? firms exp matters much more than a CPA license?

My wife and I are looking to buy a place but most the public schools in the South Bay are rated terribly. It’s good to note we don’t have kids yet but are trying to think longer term. Do we have to take a print out, physically sign and then upload the scanned document of the offer letter or is it enough to accept the offer letter through the SAP portal only?

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

Can some one refer me for finance transformation role at Deloitte?
