So, I started a job in lockdown. During that time I spoke to management about BLM and racism in the industry. I’m POC. They were open and positive about it. Last week my CD said that though he’s really happy with my work, I‘ll be let go after my trial period because the agency is not doing well financially. Which is true. But I also notice that after I’m gone, the creative dept will be only white and mostly male. Not intentional...right? (interns are gone too, one being the only Black creative)
