I’m a 2023 CSE graduate with 8 months of non-IT experience. I left due to shift issues and have been actively applying for IT roles in development, testing, and support but haven’t had any luck so far. I’m upskilling through courses and projects but unsure if I’m on the right path. I’d appreciate any advice on switching to IT, skills to focus on, resume tips, or referral help.
