I'm a Guidewire PolicyCenter Integration Developer with nearly 5 years of experience. I have offers from Accenture, PwC, EY, and Coforge, all around ₹14 LPA. Since the compensation is similar, I'm looking for insights on career growth, Guidewire project quality, learning opportunities, work-life balance, and long-term prospects. I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.

Am I being still considered by D (if not I will atleast join acc) , if so how long it will it take from Pre hire survey to offer release usually in D (for consultant position ) ??
