I'm a mid level Software Developer with around 5 years experience working on logistics and ERP products.

During my time as a developer, I have realised that I am very passionate and interest in product design, requirement building and translating business logic into technical designs. I really want to transition into being a Product Manager or Product owner.

Is there anyone out here who has done the same transition? Or any general advice on how to make that move? Thanks 😊

Interviewing for Cyber Sec role. At very beginning they ask salary exp. I said usual way to postpone that question, and to figure out their range for role. On final interview and I mentioned 85-95k and they said it’s on the lower end for role…. Did I lowball myself?

Google forms make for great exit tickets. Of course this only works if your students all have a device. Hard copy exit tickets can become unmanageable, depending on class sizes and frequency.

Mental Health, inherited or choice? I am finding myself struggling with processing that ADD, Depression, or Bipolar is a chemical imbalance in the brain vs. behavioral therapy. The best analogy given to me is you would treat diabetics with insulin so why not consider prescriptions to help mental health. 2020 has thrown more at me than I’m able to handle.
