I'm Akhila and I have 2 years of experience as a .NET Developer. I'm currently planning to switch companies, and my current CTC is ₹3.75 LPA.

Could anyone suggest:

1. What salary range can I realistically expect while switching?

2. Is it possible to get a package of ₹12+ LPA with 2 years of experience? If yes, what skills, companies, or preparation would help achieve that?
