Hi fishes,
Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

Ex employee here -
No major downsides in the beginning, however they treat you like trash once you join.. no hike for years, I completed five years with them and they didn't care to send a nice gift on the occasion. I heard now they have started doing it.
They hire n fire and do not imagine work life balance here. Even after getting client appreciation, I'm not promoted since last 3 years.
Leverage it to take offer from other company....not a good company in terms of work life balance and hire nad fire policy...risky to join in current environment
You have an offer for which role or project if you are aware of
Hire n fire
I was an ex employee of PS.
Here I will tell you some pros and cons.
Pros: there is no hours restrictions to stay in office for 8 hrs.
When we resign we can encash upto 45 leaves if they are available in our leave balance.
Compared to other org i find PS is having few extra holidays and leaves. Like in floating holiday and few more sick leaves and casual leaves.
Work life balance depends on your project and team and manager.
Cons:
You won't be receiving any hike after joining
If you will join your package will be stuck at the same level and when trying outside you won't be given more than 30-40% hike.
Promotion is tough since the managers play tricks.
Ex employee:
I have a different perspective about PS. While it's true that your wlb gets a hit, there are few takeaways.
Join for a good entry package. Go in with a university mindset. You have the opportunities to gain skills across roles. Few meaningful years and you will find the difference when you move out.
Having said that, at this point of time it is not the otg for long term commitment.
Clear cut suggestion : if you have any other offer even for slightly less ctc , go for that. Make publicis as very last option if its do or die situation.
