Hi everyone, I’m currently a Senior Associate at Cognizant and recently received an offer from Accenture for ₹21L fixed. While I’m excited about the opportunity, I have some concerns regarding the stability of the offer.
Given my existing loan commitments, I’m worried about the risk of the offer being revoked or the joining date being pushed back after I resign from my current role.

Hi! I interviewed for a Digital Marketing Analyst for an agency for Data Center and Telecom PR/ Tech. Since we are virtual country wide, he asked what my salary requirement would be for this role. I haven’t had this type of position before and am unsure what to say. I want to reach for the stars but don’t want to come across with a scary offer. Can anyone advise or have any salary ranges? No info on Glassdoor for salaries at the company! I will be living near the SF Bay Area.

Is there such thing as a true account role at major branding agencies? Ex. Interbrand, Landor, Pentagram...Sounds like in many cases it’s actually just PM under a different name.

What would u do? 3 YOE HCOL city and I have 2 potential options:
1) move to a boutique healthcare strategy consulting firm in a similar role as I have now (client facing consulting role).. 120-130 base + 20% bonus
2) a product specialist role at Meta (FB). This told role product management, it’s analytics heavy. $107k base, 10% bonus, $30K stock.

At the end of the day, TC for both is similar. As far as exit opportunities I’m not sure what is better, so looking to get other people’s opinions.

Does anyone tell the truth in exit interviews? About to have mine and not sure whether to be honest about partners who were bullies, backwards culture, etc?

CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.
