Today during HR Interview i was informed that they can offer me only 15 including 5% vp... Which was very less as I already have informed them during the first screening round for 17-18 LPA.

Hr said my application will reject for 17 for sure so she will try for 16.5 otherwise they can give 16 LPA

I am ver unsure, I am going to complete 4 years soon..

When you have conversations regarding comp with recruiters/in your interviews, do you share your base salary or total comp (including stock, bonus, etc) expectations? I’ve only shared my base salary expectations but understand that stock and bonus can be a large part of comp too so don’t want to leave that on the table
