Hi everyone, I’m currently deciding between two offers and would love to hear some honest thoughts from people who work at these companies. One offer is from PepsiCo for a Lead Engineer – Alteryx (Sustain Team) role with a package of 26.9 LPA (24.2 fixed + variable). The other is from Broadridge for an Alteryx Solution Architect – Process Manager role with 22.8 LPA fixed plus a ₹2L joining bonus. I’m mainly looking to understand the worklife balance, appraisal and salary, leave career growth

I have an offer of around 39 LPA + bonus and my wife is holding an offer of 32 LPA in India. Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. My wife currently doesn't have any offer for Germany and might need to search for a job after reaching there. Is it worth? Need your suggestions please.
