If I'm going through the process with a VC fund and decide I don't want to do VC now (but want to leave the door open in the future), what's the best way to drop out of the process? Don't want to waste their time but want to keep the door open as well

Send a very thought email to the recruiting team and then a direct email to the most senior person you spoke to expressing your gratitude for including you in the process and that you hope there is an opportunity to work together in the future? Just a thought idk

Very helpful - thank you so much!

Agree with A1. That should be viewed pretty favorably.

Just curious, what made you decide against VC and what do you want to do instead?

Makes sense - thanks!!

PTO Dilemma: I have over 100 hours of PTO remaining from hours carried over from last year that must be used before 12/31. I scheduled out days to use the hours. Is it me or is there really something wrong with how utilization is calculated?-

I have a query, my Current Salary is 3.15 Lacs with 3 years experience in Customer service , I applied for new position in Airbnb and salary negotiation is next step, how to know what are the market standards for this job and as per discussion with other employee with same experience , he is getting 5 Lacs in that company but asking for 5.5 lacs is like 70% , I was hired by my last company during pandemic and was offered no raise from my previous salary
Is it recommended to ask for 66% raise?

Confession: 100% of my portfolio is 3x leveraged S&P as a long term investment. Convince me this is a bad idea pls… I feel pretty good about it, but want to hear some arguments as to why this might be bad. (I’m <30 y/o and have no dependents no debt and love risk and adrenaline for context)

So I quit and now the partner is telling other managers that I betrayed the company, that they had a good plan for me etc. what’s your experience like after quitting your firm. Did you hear a lot of things to make you feel guilty ?

It’s hard for me to believe that the party of conservatives, which has historically stood proudly for important traditions, is now responsible for holding convention activities at the White House and having a Secretary of State engage in political activities while on official business in a foreign land. Hi all! I've got an SEO question I'm hoping someone can help with:
How do you choose keywords to target in a blog when you're writing a blog that appears on multiple country specific versions of a given website? Do you use a mix of keywords from each region/country in one blog, or create different versions of the same blog with slight keyword differences based on the country?
Feel free to DM me if you want! thanks in advance from an entry level content marketer. :)
