What's a good Software Engineering salary in Stockholm, Sweden?

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.

Few days back I had a post stating that I would be joining one of the consultancy by end of this month, my question was will my joining date be impacted due to the current tech layoff. Is there a way that the new employer can monitor the post and take necessary action?

Taking my shot in tech sales. Consulting was great experience but enjoyed the relationship and BD aspect more and didn’t see myself climbing to partner. Starting in a junior BD Rep role to learn prospecting and earn quota history. Took a big paycut for the potential future earnings as an Account Exec. Did I dun goof? Probably. I just signed the offer letter from Absolutdata acquired by Infogain , and even before joining the company they sent me a welcome kit.
I am unsure of joining them in case I get a better counter offer, but I am a bit worried now since they already sent me a welcome kit. I am wondering what made them sure that I will join them and not any other company. Is it that after signing offer letter I cannot join other company?

Hello fishes, I joined IBM on 16th Aug 2021 as a Data Scientist and was offered 1L joining bonus. Will I have to pay back the joining bonus if I leave IBM on 16th Aug 2022 , i.e , after completing 1 year ?
