What should be the expected salary to start the negotiations and what is the range for the role?

How does Visa bonuses work? Does everyone with an average strong rating automatically get the target 8, 10, or 12%, etc. bonus? Do they get more or less for other reasons?
Who gets equity?

How do I look up values from a column in a row? E.g. Values in A1:A6 in B2:F2?

Is there any easy way to handle FedEx/ups tracking numbers? I’d like to have some formula that would just show the status in another cell.

Any ideas on turning string data into numerical data in excel that’s faster/easier to automate/better than using text to columns? Wish I could use alteryx, but not an option for this use case.
