Hi everyone, I'm gonna graduate in 2026 ,and will be joining Morgan Stanley as Technology Analyst(SDE),though the recent revised basic salary for us is 16(package 29)(decent)
I wanted to have an idea how it will increase over the years if i chose to stay in it.
Like in other companies
Salesforce amts to mts base goes from 19 to 36 (1.5-2 years)
Amazon sde1 to sde2 base goes from 19 to 45(3 year)

I am a 3rd year senior associate in alternative investment tax and up for manager promotion this year. I really dislike the long hours of this job and seeking to make a move. Although I’m not sure i necessarily want to stay in tax. I have a young toddler at home and want to find a job i like, makes decent money, and has decent hours so i can spend more time with family.

I have an offer from @Morgan Stanley for 36 lpa.. 8 years, Java backend developer.. I am also about to have a managerial round with Mercedez Benz and Zscaler.. Morgan Stanley they said I initially I will have to work on existing applications and later move on to microservices project.. Both Benz and Zscaler are working on good tech stack.. Are any of these worth considering if they match what Morgan Stanley is offering?
