Home office preference question. I am getting ready to redo the layout of my home office. One option I'm considering would have my desk facing a wall. I started my new job completely remotely in June and when we go back to the office, it would be a 1.2 hour, 40-mile one way commute.. Would it be entitled of me to ask to come into the office 3x/week since by the time that we return to the office, I’ve already proven that I can work efficiently from home?
