Hi Everyone, I'm joining TCS as a lateral hire. I have a 2-year gap between my 10th (2012) and 12th (2016) because I cleared 12th after multiple attempts. I informed HR in my first call, and she was fine with it. Now, during onboarding, they're asking for a gap affidavit. Since I'm working at Cognizant for the last 4–5 years, this is only an academic gap. What reason is safest to mention in the affidavit? Should I simply state academic setbacks or something else? Please help me here
