Need honest advice. Been on a project for 2 years as a sub to Consulting firm X. Team lead is from consulting firm X. New member from consulting firm X comes in couple weeks ago. New member plays similar role as me. Team lead rolls off project and replaces new member as team lead. Is it wrong to feel like I should have that role?
