Hi everyone! I’m running a digital education website focused on memory techniques and color-coded tools for students, parents, and teachers. I’m new to Instagram and social media marketing, and I’m looking for free advice or tips on how to grow my account and reach my audience effectively

Hi!
I came across your post and felt compelled to reach out. First and foremost, I want to be upfront—I’m not here to sell you anything, and there’s absolutely no catch. What I am offering is a 30-day free trial of a platform that is transforming businesses through smart, automated marketing.

I don’t have a traditional sales background, but I’m passionate about helping businesses grow. This platform is truly a game-changer—it streamlines advertising, marketing, email automation, and more. I believe in it so much that I’m willing to personally handle the setup and management for you.

Here’s the best part: If I don’t generate revenue or bring in new clients for your business, you owe nothing. Period. But if it works—and I believe it will—you’ll see real growth, and only then would you invest in continuing with the platform.

I know how challenging it is for small business owners to juggle everything, especially when just starting out. Many struggle with marketing because they simply don’t have the time or resources. This platform simplifies everything, making marketing effortless and automated.

If this sounds interesting, let’s set up a quick video call. No pressure—just an opportunity to see if this could be a good fit for your business. Either way, I truly wish you success and growth in all that you do!

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

Hello anyone reading this! I wanted to ask for any realistic, recommended job positions from someone with more knowledge and experience. I am graduating this December with my BBA and am ready to leave the job I’m in now. I’ve been applying for a range of positions I qualify for and nothing so far, which I expected. I have 3 years of experience in management operations but also have 6 years of experience with child care, is that why I may be getting rejected? Maybe I’m overthinking my resume? 😅

I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?

I think I have a drinking problem. I go big and I go hard when I drink. I want to throw in the towel and just be a sober person but happy hours and *do I like drinking with this person* are such a big part of our industry, especially internally. How do we balance? 😔

Please help. I’ve moved up the ranks pretty quickly at the company I work for to become a Principal SE. My manager thinks the best next step for me is to move into management and leadership and has started pushing me to apply for an engineering manager role. They say that I will be a good fit because of my strong technical background paired with the leadership and people skills I display currently.

I’m torn because I do love being an IC but I’m interested in leadership also. What do I do?

I'm working on a pitch deck, for an event that I'm planning next year for my wine brand called OBA, but I'm struggling to come up with sponsorship ideas.

I don't want to go the traditional route of creating tiers, because I feel like you should do most of the things in tiers regardless on how much they donated. Can anyone assist with coming up with some ideas?

Also, does anyone know how to create a virtual swag bag?

Thanks in advance.

Hi all,
I have a small creative agency that I have built over the last 4 years. It’s been a rollercoaster when it comes to revenue, making it hard to predict finances & pay myself consistently. This year has been particularly financially stressful.

The thought of closing hurts my heart and my pride and can feel like wasted time. But financial stability vs time freedom is rough.

I also recently got a full-time job offer for $200k base with excellent benefits. It’s tempting. What would you do?
