Last year the pool was around 50% but that’s the only time many could remember it not being paid at 100%.
Is the bonus that substantial? What percentage of base?
I believe OP is referring to bonus pools being funded. If funded 100% you can expect a healthy bonus …if not, well…
Yes, referencing fully funded or not
They have been expanding for some time and could be true but don’t make your decision based on the potential for a bonus. Consider the type of work you’ll be doing, your team members, the organizations culture, benefits, WLB etc. Good luck!
Seconded. Last year was the only non-fully funded bonus pool. Usually it is 100% funded.
This is correct. Bonus methodology is to pay out bonuses at 100% as long as you are meeting minimum (haven't been managed out) performance standards and firm achieves financial targets. Only year in past 5+ hasn't paid out at 100% was last year because of COVID
Only year bonuses didn’t get paid out 100% in Chartis history was last year.
🍿🍿
How else do companies pay yearly bonuses?
The Epic implementation and optimization and rev cycle work is drying out. Unless Chartis innovates or creates some form of offshore delivery model or does a partnership with some of the big cloud companies don’t see how the bonus will continue to be funded 100%. Agree / disagree?
Huh? Chartis doesn’t make their money from doing heavy rev cycle..
And would bonus be 15%? I’m looking at a senior manager role?
Consultants are 20% and SM (in IT practice) would be 20-25%
