Hi everyone,

I’m seeking remote roles where I can apply 10+ years in operations and management, mainly in financial services & subprime lending.

My background:
• 4 years as District Director of Operations
• 8 years as General Manager / Branch Manager
• Strong in leadership, P&L, process improvement, compliance

I’m interested in operations, customer success, or management roles. I’m adaptable, results-driven, and ready to contribute.

If you know of openings, I’d love to connect. Thanks!

Ever try reaching out to folks who recently posted about landing remote ops roles? I did that while job hunting, and a few turned into real leads. Your background is super strong, and I’ve seen people with less land great roles just by being proactive in the comments. Another thing I would say is to post a short video intro with your highlights. I’ve seen people do that and get recruiters in their DMs fast.

there are lots of customer success roles on Indeed and Linked in, not sure where you are located. If you are looking for a remote role then there definitely aren't many of those out there but they do exist.

Is it more worth it to go into FDD at a regional firm now, or hope that my current big 4 will transfer me come spring 2021?

I'm kind of in the mindset of only doing FDD at big 4, otherwise I'll go straight to industry. Am I being too down on mid-market FDD experience and the related exit ops?

Also, I can't go the route of doing FDD at a different big 4. Already got rejected by all of them cause I'm not in audit (but have CPA).

There have been a lot of posts recently about appropriate gifts to give paralegals and assistants during the holidays, but I have a question about being in the receiving end of gifts from attorneys.
I just got the kindest handwritten thank you note and “just because” gift in the mail last week from one of my attorneys. How should I respond? I don’t work in the office with her, but I was so touched by how thoughtful this was and was wondering if I should respond beyond just thanking her?

My current company and many others I know about do not offer the mobility to do so until much later, which is not what I want. Thank you.
