I'm working for EY India (1st company) with 5 years of experience. And I'm currently earning ~17 LPA CTC.
I have 2 offers from diff industries (similar role) but it's very confusing now to finalise one:
1. Mastercard India in Gurgaon L7- 23 LPA CTC
2. Deloitte UAE Assistant Manager- 18000 AED/ month.
I know these are different industries and in different countries too. I don't think any of these is a bad option, but I hope I will get good insights here for me to take a final call.

I have an offer with Citi, initially it was hybrid model and looks like they are moving back to wfo.. they told only now and I dont have any other offer in hand. due to personal constraints I need wfh or some flexibility types, but they seem a bit rigid as its not in their policy..
Is it good to join and then try pushing them for wfh.. or search for another offer..? 16 yoe, PM...

How do real estate lenders take cash flow into consideration? Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.
