HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I have 15 years within the organization, left for 10 months to be remote during the pandemic while sorting out childcare as immunocompromised family helped. I got selected last week but till now didn't get my offer letter, HR told they will send the offer letter within a week.

After enquiring, now she is saying your offer is pending with India head, after that it will go to US office for approval?

PWC AC Kolkata UK team is the worst team.

They put a status call at 10 in the morning and expect to work throughout the day till 9PM with all the calls at night

If someone logs off at 8ish also. It is considered as early off. One the worst work life balance ever in UK supporting organisation.

There is no concept of 9 hours work schedule. I want to name few people but doing it

Team i am working in Deloitte USI bangalore having 6.5yrs of exp in cybersecurity . Got an offer in Pwc ac Kolkata but in bangalore office . They are offering decent hike 48% and manager role . Seeing so many bad reviews a bit concerned now !! Should I go ahead or not ?

Couldn't attend this interview at PwC due to last minute technical difficulties. I requested HR to reschedule it. She said it's not possible this week and she'll try her best for the next week. I am really tensed, I don't want to throw away this opportunity. I was really looking forward for the interview. Would they really reschedule my interview?
