Doing cybersecurity certificate from IIT Kanpur from Jan 2025 to Dec 31, 2025

Applied to over 250-300+ companies on linkedlen, Glassdoor, naukri and monster as cybersecurity analyst/red/blue team vapt and pen tester but still I didn’t got call or shortlisted from even 1 company …

Can anyone guide me whats wrong im doing ??

I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. My position puts me in a place where I need to interact with my new coworkers but they are not as welcoming as I expected. There is also another surgical coordinator however I have come to find from other staff that there is a long history of her running other staff away and not fully training other surgical coordinator staff properly. Any suggestions?

Hi All,
During Bosch HR round, I've conveyed my salary expectations. The HR for once, didn't argue the figure quoted. Instead just said, that the offer would be released post approval from business head.

Now, I've filled in firststeps portal details as well. When should I expect the offer to be released? And how frequently should i follow up with the recruiter?
Also, does not countering my demands of requisite salary mean that they'll provide the figure I've asked for?. Kindly suggest.
