Hi everyone, I've recently received an offer letter for a new role, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, I may need to start later than the originally agreed-upon date. Has anyone been in a similar situation? ls it possible to have the offer letter revised with a new joining date that's one month later than originally planned? If so, how should I approach HR to request this change? Any advice on how to handle this would be greatly appreciated!

What’s the best way to deal with a partner that prefers working solo? For context, this writer I work with conceptualizes by himself, emails the Account team, gives deep input, and makes decisions for us without consulting with me (his “partner”) most of the time. While I appreciate his proactiveness, I feel excluded, limited, and without much room to co-lead the work with him. I don’t know how to bring this up without sounding like I’m b*tching about it.
