JPMC AWS DevOps/SWE2 interview. Got HR email 5 days ago (Thursday): shortlisted but final selection pending, asked for salary slips, increment letter, resume, comp details. HR says feedback still pending. Anyone seen this before?

Another day passes without a job. To all those unhappy in your current positions of employment, imagine being among the long-term unemployed with no unemployment checks, no savings, and a job market where even getting a fast food job is nearly impossible due to COVID workplace restrictions faced by many places like mine. Is this a good rating?. My manager said they won't give SSS to anyone unless they are a promotion candidate. Why do they have to reduce the rating just because of that?
