Recently I have completed 5 years in my current company and my overall experience is also 5 years.
Yes, I haven't switched yet. But it's not that I didn't try, I have been applying for java springboot developer jobs since last 1 year now.
Even if I clear all rounds I used to get rejected stating that they need immediate joiners or their position goes on hold.
Now I have lost hope, I would like some advice if I should switch to a different stack or go for managerial roles?
