The status of my application is 'review in progress '.

Should I take more initiative? It’s my stub year and I’m getting worried. Currently accepted an internship at a firm for the winter and also just accepted a separate internship over the summer with a B4 firm. I was a fresher when i joined wipro
My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?

When you align objects, is there some way to “pin” down one object? Ex. I want to align object A to the center of object B, not the other way around.
