I have completed the CIS form and shared the requested documents with HR. Career portal shows the status as "You are in the hiring team phase of our interview process. Last Modified 06/01/2026". And It's been 19 days I submitted the requested documents with HR over email (previous company offer letter and last 3 months' payslips as an alternative of hike/appraisal letter). But I have not received any HR calls for salary discussion. Please help. When I'll receive offer letter or not?

Anyone else just sitting around waiting for the ax to drop? I'm a soon to be 2nd year corporate associate who has seen work completely dry up. My utilization held pretty steady around 50% immediately after shutdown, but August was below 15 billables with no appreciable work in the pipeline. Aside from letting people know I'm available and doing pro-bono/CLE, it's starting to feel like a serious "covidcation" leading to termination.

I need help. I'm dealing with multiple losses in the same week and having a hard time... I took some time off from work but I have no motivation to do anything. I don't want to go back to work and don't care about my work right now. I want to quit but I don't want to make a rash decision but need a long break. It's also not fair to my team that I can't give it my 100%. What can I do?
