I’m extremely out of shape and have just started going to the gym. When i do squats, like literally by squat 5 my knees are hurting. But i know my form isnt wrong. Do i just have bad knees or is this normal when ur out of shape?

Any tips on how to improve lining thickness? My RE had me on Estrace for a week before starting Prometrium (vaginally) a few days ago, but my lining is only a little above 5mm. Looks likely that this FET cycle is going to get canceled (was potentially going to be this weekend) since the lining doesn’t seem to be thick enough. How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. I've been working out since early 2020 6x/ week and lost ~30lbs. However, I didn't adjust my eating -only switched to an intermittent fasting schedule (eat between 12-8pm).
