I was laid off in November 2024 and have been actively looking for a job at my previous CTC of ₹50 LPA. Despite multiple attempts, I wasn’t getting interview calls or shortlisting at that level.

Eventually, I decided to lower my expectations to ₹40 LPA. I received an offer from Sapient in May, but they’re firm on offering only ₹40 LPA, not matching my earlier CTC, even with 9 yoe.
they’ve been consistently following up, and I’m now considering joining instead of remaining idle.

UGH just got home from work — is it even worth it to tune in at this point? Then again, it’s only halfway through, correct?

Anyone knows what's the payscale for Big 4 auditors for SA and below? And how is the work at audit like lately? Heard the turnover rate is beyond extreme after the pandemic and there's no longer a non-peak?
