I have an Offer from TCS with 60% hike on my Current CTC & I still have 10 days for the Joining date but now I got another offer confirmed and expecting offer letter in 2days.The new offer value is 80% hike on my Current CTC & I don't wanna join that Organisation which is Tier 3 MNC when Compared to TCS it's a way below, wanna join TCS.
