Can I know the salary range for Band 4A - Databricks?

Also after Technical Interviews, the HR is saying as your LWD is on Mar 10 which is far so we will be moving your HR discussion slowly. Can anyone help me how long all process happens. My technical interviews completed on 24th and only HR discussion is pending.

It would be gr8 is someone will give me rough pay we get at 4A band and the process duration till offer initiate.

Yearly gratuity

Base + 10% variable = 22.5 LPA

CreditSafe

Basic 8.24 L

Reimbursement component 3.18L

PF 1800 + 1800 = 3600

Base + NO variable = 24.5 LPA

Which one would be better option?

Why CreditSafe has that much reimbursement component? Are bills required to get it?

Why only 1800 as PF in CreditSafe?
