I am currently working in KPMG Global Services Private limited with CCTC of 15.5 LPA Fixed. I got an offer from Deloitte USI Hyderabad as a Consultant with Salary of 21 LPA Fixed. My hike cycle in KPMG is in coming October. Is it a good decision to switch to Deloitte USI. Is the salary provided is good as per market for my tech stack?

Require an immediate help in deciding whether should I join KGS as I am only having 1.6 years of experience. Currently I am working in EY GDS under a tech risk team. The hike that I am getting is of 53% of current fixed Compensation.

Appeared for KPMG interview 45 days back. HR is intentionally delaying offer release. Done with 2nd round of interview in last week of July. My Lwd is in oct first week.
