Hi fishes,
I got an offer letter from state street Hyderabad.
However I'm a bit worried as there aren't many communities or groups online unlike WITCH companies.
The role in offer letter says Java Full stack developer - Tech lead with bank title of Senior Associate.
I am a bit nervous about job security. In WITCH companies, we can move to different client if project ends, I'm worried what if there is issues here and layoff happens.
Could someone please help me with work culture, timings etc ?

Job security is there no doubt in gts if you are a performer you don’t have to worry about it. There would be some or other project you will be put in if you current one ends. We don’t have bench concept in here
