I have an offer from IBM expert labs as an ACE/MQ specialist. I am currently doing a data engineering course and hope to switch to a suitable role once the course is completed. Is this possible at IBM labs? I have 9 yoe and the band offered is 7B.

For the CFE, did you do anything in addition to the ACFE prep course? The course is just practice questions, so I’m wondering where I can actually learn the information first before that.

Have others found it hard to transition from Audit to Financial Analyst? All the recruiters I’m meeting with are telling me I probably won’t get an interview since they’re looking for someone who’s ready to hit the ground running.
It’s discouraging because I’m a fast learner, and from talking to my friends who are Financial Analysts, it doesn’t seem like what we do is so dissimilar.
