I have been offered tech consultant role in Adobe with 27 lpa . I believe I should get senior tech consultant role as I have 7+ YOE . Also , offered salary seems lower for this designation . HR is rude but I can still try. Please let me know if they give this designation to 7+ YOE ? Also the salary range .

Also need an advice on should i submit the counter offer even if i prefer the first organisation only to improve the salary which is less as offered now?

Mindtree Folks please suggest the realistic package figure I should ask for considering I have to relocate frrom Mumbai to Pune for this role and whether C6 level is apt or not for this experience and skillset.

I am looking for Scrum Master opportunity and have been selected in Deloitte and EY

However , they are now asking me for immediate joining which is not possible(as per HR) as i am serving notice period of which less then 45days are left.
I have made this clear on day 1 to the recruiters
One more thing, they are not offering any decent package
Eg- Deloitte is offering 15LPA for a 7.5yrs exp Scrum Master

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
