I have got an offer at Wells Fargo for the role Technology Business Systems Consultant and my total YOE is 4.8 into Testing (Manual and Automation)
Is this role relevant to my experience or is it a role for much experienced person than me?
Any idea or information that what is the pay usually offered for this position?
Please provide your thoughts and suggest whether I should change 1. My role or 2. Request for more pay
Thanks in Advance!Wells Fargo

My advice: always be interviewing. This is your best way to measure your value, your marketability and industry demand. Tools are uniquely terrible for this sort of stuff.
It doesn’t matter what you think you’re worth or what the market pays - your company may just not place enough value to pay you what you’re truly worth. And on the other side of the coin, (unlikely but) you may find out there is limited interest in what you bring to the table which is helpful to know to calibrate your own career journey.
The best part of “always be interviewing” is you’re in control. You can walk away from any opportunity that isn’t for you. You can push for a much bigger package. You can apply for a reach position and find out you are far more qualified than you thought.
It’s all on your terms today. You’re not in a rush.
