I repliedwith a Yes, The second message asked for my educational details I replied with that too and currently the status is showing as Schedule Interview. It has been a week and the position is still open but no response from them. Will I get a call from HR and interview would be scheduled, please let me know?

Very brief background - I’m a senior associate who has been on one complex commercial litigation case for over a year. Over time, the relationships between attorneys on the case have deteriorated to the point that it is affecting my productivity/work. I want out.

I got an offer from Capgemini for Manager/C2 designation with a CTC of 24 LPA. I just wanted to know the roles and responsibilities at this designation.
Will it be a profile shift from technical to managerial position or is just a designation (as per HR) the actual job would be to lead/guide any team?
